Job Requirements

• University degree in Chemistry
• Over 5 years of experience in Research & Development, Chemistry/Biochemistry
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Relevant exposure to a financial accounting system (ERP)
• Intermediate or advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Project Management (Gantt Chart)
• Flexible thinking and ability to take responsibility
• Perseverance and determination in achieving objectives
• Initiative, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset

Main Responsibilities

• Participates in the evaluation and approval of research projects
• Supervises the synthesis of chemical, organic, and inorganic substances
• Continuously improves their expertise by staying updated on developments in process organic chemistry, analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, materials science, and industrial chemical engineering
• Monitors project progress in real time alongside the team and contributes to the preparation of monthly or periodic reports for partners, adhering to contract deadlines
• Continuously tracks the Gantt chart for projects and reports in writing the status of each project involved
• Timely informs the management team about issues encountered in project execution and proposes solutions
• Properly archives project documentation
• Prepares new projects with the team, leveraging the company’s existing expertise and past project results, and submits budget proposals for each project to the R&D Manager
• Responds promptly to all requests from the R&D Manager or colleagues to fulfill tasks according to the job description
