Ch-C Romania supports Romanian development and innovation alongside the country’s educational and research institutions involved in the National Research, Development, and Innovation Plan 2022-2027 (PNCDI IV).

According to the Ministry of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization, "the program encourages the retention of Romanian talent in research within the country, the return of researchers who have left Romania, as well as the attraction of foreign researchers."
