Every meeting with the students of the Faculty of Chemistry at "Al. I. Cuza" University of Iași is filled with energy. This session was attended by Radu Ciobanu, CEO of Ch-C Romania, Marian Zgăvîrdici, Production Director, and Ionuț Colbea, R&D Project Manager.

As one of the largest employers in the industry, Ch-C Romania attracted students' interest not only in the company and available career opportunities but also in the products and services it offers.

Marian Zgăvîrdici emphasized the importance of education and professional training for a successful career in the chemical industry. He encouraged students to focus on developing technical skills as well as transversal skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Ionuț Colbea shared his personal career experience in the chemical industry, highlighting that it is a dynamic and challenging field that offers numerous opportunities for professional and personal growth.
